Spa Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you an opportunity to check in. Change and relax
before your treatment begins.
Spa Etiquette
Snake River Spa and wellness center promotes a relaxed serene environment. Please turn off cell phones and pagers. messages may be taken at the receptionist desk.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. packages or groups must cancel 72 hours in advance. Failure to fulfill your appointment or cancel within the allotted time frame may result in a charge of the scheduled treatment fee.
